Erica Bechard - Property Manager

Erica has been with Dunn & Hobbes as a Property Manager since July of 2010. Her background includes e-commerce & business management. Erica has earned an AAS-T IT/Applications Support degree in 2005 & and a Web Design Certificate in 2014 from Seattle Central College.

As Assistant to the Director of Property Management, Erica helps in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all properties, including 28 residential units, 43 commercial tenants, and two Dunn & Hobbes owned businesses (The Cloud Room & Cloud Studios).
