Dunn & Hobbes is constructing a multi-phased mixed-use project on a highly visible site bounded by 11th, 12th and Pike St. in the Pike-Pine neighborhood.  The recently completed phase consisting of the Piston & Ring Building and the Agnes Lofts was designed by Weinstein A|U.

The master plan for our properties on this block calls for 70-90 residential units in total, all over one or two levels of retail. The mix of historical and modern structures will surround an outdoor retail pedestrian plaza in the center of the block that will also provide a walk-through connection from 12th Avenue to 11th Avenue.
