12th Ave Marketplace

Dunn & Hobbes is in the final phase of the multi-year redevelopment of a cluster of properties bounded by 11th, 12th and Pike St. in the Pike-Pine neighborhood. The Pacific Supply hardware store building was renovated in 2004 and the refurbished Garlick Auto Repair shop now houses Manhattan steakhouse. The Piston &Ring Building and the Agnes Lofts, completed in 2006 and 2007, were designed by Weinstein A|U. These completed projects total 24 residential lofts and almost 50,000 square feet of retail, office and service.

Our Chophouse Row project on 11th Avenue, currently under construction, will include 5,500 SF of retail, 25,000 SF of office space and three penthouse apartments. When completed, the mix of historic and modern structures will surround an outdoor retail pedestrian alley and plaza in the center of the block that will provide a walk-through connection from 12th Avenue to 11th Avenue.
