Pacific Supply Building

The building was constructed in 1920 as an automobile showroom and repair service building, like many of the original buildings in the Pike-Pine neighborhood. Historical records and photographs indicate that for many years it was the home of Garlick Auto Upholstery, which later moved next door where it did business until 2006. For the past ten years the street level of the building has been occupied by the Pacific Supply Company. Our restoration project set the stage for expansion of Pacific Supply’s current apartment/janitorial supply business into a neighborhood-oriented general hardware store.
