Melrose Triangle

The Melrose Triangle project consists of a triangular block of historic automotive buildings constructed in 1919 and 1926. The buildings are located in the west end of the Pike-Pine neighborhood, an area that directly borders on First Hill to the south and the downtown Seattle shopping district to the west.

The buildings will be fully renovated for retail, restaurant and office use. The finished project will feature exposed wood beams and ceilings, exposed brick and concrete walls, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Shell and core work will be finished by October of 2009 and will be ready for tenant build-out at that time. Spaces will range from 200 - 6,000 square feet. View PDF
