Dunn & Hobbes is entering the last stage of the multi-year redevelopment of a cluster of properties bounded by 11th, 12th and Pike St. in the Pike-Pine neighborhood. Our Chophouse Row project on 11th Avenue, scheduled for completion in fall of 2014, will include 5,500 SF of retail, 25,000 SF of office space and three penthouse apartments. When completed, the mix of historic and modern structures will surround an outdoor retail pedestrian plaza in the center of the block that will also provide a walk-through connection from 12th Avenue to 11th Avenue.
